I have severe bloating but the doctors say it isn’t heart related but they are wrong.
I need to know how to get relief because my ribs feel like they are going to explode and I don’t have a general practitioner. I have aortic stenosis.

I would go to ER and not delay. Make it crystal clear that you have aortic stenosis and you want to get an echo, no matter how much you need to insist.

When was your last echo or CT scan? What is the level of severity of your stenosis?

I am sorry that this is happening to you. What was their diagnosis?

Your nameplate says you are from Kingston; is that the Kingston in Canada?
Yes Kingston ontario
They did cat scan , X-ray, blood tests, said they didn’t find anything.

Doubt it also that it is not heart related, but if you are in sever pain, get to the ER.

You said you don't have a primary care physician -- can you prioritize getting one ASAP?

If you have been deemed not in need of emergency care or hospitalization by the ER, and cardiology says your symptoms aren't heart-related, you need a general practitioner to drill down into this and help with a diagnosis and treatment. You need that person on your team regardless.

It is difficult with no family doctor
I am left out in the cold

I asked my cardiologist to recommend a family practice md, and the Dr he recommended is now my GP. Try that, or ask friends if they have a good md to recommend.

There simply are no doctors taking patients here. I don’t know where you live but Ontario is in a health crisis and there is absolutely no way I can get a doctor.
My doctor quit last year and there are no doctors to replace her.
My only hope is continuing To go to emergency depts and hope they refer me to the proper specialist. I live in a city of 133,000 people and thirty thousand have no family doctor.
