Blake,
I just noticed that it will be almost four years to the day since you underwent your first mitral valve surgery. I hope this replacement is completely successful, and your recovery is swift and easy.
We will be waiting to hear an update, so don't forget to ask someone to post for you. Until then, you'll be in our thoughts and prayers.
God bless and Godspeed!

Looking forward to reading the good news of your successful surgery!

Blake, good luck to you! You've been here before so you know what to expect. I'm wishing you a smooth procedure and a speedy, uneventful recovery.

Randy

Thank you all so much for your kind words and for being here for me. They are suppose to call me today to tell what time to go into hospital tomorrow night, but no call yet. Hopefully they won't forget about me.

Well, I do remember what I went through last time. Some people say there's no way you could remember everything you went through with the last surgery. Well we know because we're the ones who went through it, we remember every single day, except the moments when we're out of it from the morphine. Sometimes I just wish people wouldn't even open their mouths if they're going to say something stupid like that.

Just a little venting, so sorry.

Anyway, I'm not ready, but I will never be. Just will be glad when it's all over and I'm back home and recovery with no complications hopefully.

Soon I will be home and posting I'm back and recovering. Thanks Again.

I will be praying for a quick and successful recovery and praying this will be the last open heart you will need!
God Bless,
