Hello Everyone, I'm now 3 months post op, feeling great except for some bone and occasional muscle pain. I start my new job tomorrow, really looking forward to a fresh start. I have been so blessed. Thank you for all your support.

To Topmommy: Read all your posts. Many have asked if you seeked cardio rehab if it was available in your area. Did you ever inquire? Never saw a response but may have missed it.

I also lost my position two years ago but was not related to my OHS, it was downsizing. I was fortunate that I was able to stay for the same company in another context. I can relate to missing the people you worked with, this was the thing I missed the most, more than the job itself. Glad to hear you're doing better.
