My sister just called me. My 46 year old brother-in-law went to University of Chicago Hospitals (he's been to local hospitals and Loyola University hospital) and saw the same surgeon who did my last open heart surgery. They did some more tests and found out his ejection fraction is down from 24 to 12. His heart is twice its normal size. It's time to put him on the transplant list. They are hoping to get a heart within 6mths to a year. They don't know if he will last 2. Please put him on your prayer lists. They have been through so much. Thanks Peggy

Peggy,

Your brother-in-law and family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Glad to know he saw our surgeon, Dr. Jee! We both know your brother-in-law will be in good hands when he does have the transplant. I will pray that he gets a donor soon!

So sorry to hear about the bad news, consider it done. He will be in our nightly prayers.

I'll remember !

Peg,

You know you have the power of prayer from this group storming the heavens! We will continue Novena's for your family.

Best regards,
