Anyone here from St. Louis, MO??

Just curious if anyone here at VR.com is in the St. Louis, MO area, or have gone to St. Louis for surgery?

The surgeon I'm going with is Dr. Marc Moon at Washinton University in St. Louis/Barnes Hospital (Barnes-Jewish-Christian Hospital, BJC). I would love to speak with someone that goes there, or even better, has had this same surgeon!!

Hello to a fellow St. Louisan!
I'm in an on-again, off-again mode regarding mitral valve repair/maze procedure with Dr. Damiano at Barnes in St. Louis. After much research, I decided he and Barnes would be as good for me as the Cleveland Clinic. I have heard and read much about Dr. Moon, as well, and he seems to be an excellent choice. If anyone ever makes up their minds as to whether (or when) surgery is appropriate for me I will feel very confident with my local choice.
