There is not one single program that can remove everything that's out here. You need a combination of
Spy Sweeper
AdAware Se
Spybot Seach and Destroy
HiJack This
and Spyware Blaster to keep the crap from installing in the first place.

GOD I HATE COOL WEB SEARCH! People are driving me insane with getting infected with this stuff.

It took me two yrs. to get ss. I had to appeal twice. I was working for a school system at the time and they had to pay me disability til SS kick in , so they had their own lawyers working on my case. After two yrs. I had to get reapproved and that was a pain in the a*****. It was like starting all over again. But the approved it finally after three months of draging me to 4-5 different Dr's. I was only 45 yrs old when I started this trip. My prayers are with you!
