rrectly... You had your surgery 7 days ago and your on a tre

That's also my question.

7 days and has a few pains! Wow, that is bad.
At 7 days, I'd just got out of ICU and still had another 13 days in the hospital.

Hell, Harry, wait till you're my age. You'll feel lucky if you wake up. :D

I hear you guys.. I'll stop crying.. I went to the dr today and the gals up front said "I thought you were having surgery". I said I did, last week. They were surprised I was in such good shape. I doubt I'll be mowing the lawn anytime soon, like Steve.

Even at my age, with all that's gone on in the last 3 years, 2 OHS, I know I am lucky, and feel blessed just to wake up in the morning..

Dr did put me on an antibiotic, because of a nasal drip, and ear ache that I have had the last 2-3 days.

I had neck and shoulder aches for months post op. They really twist and stretch you around into an unnatural position on the table during surgery. I used arthritic formula tylonol when the aches got bad. It subsides over time.

oh harry- i feel your pain right now in my neck and right shoulder blade! i got a scrip fromt he dr forphysical therapy which i went to today- heat and a little massage-it was great but now it hurts alot. i also stopped in brookstone over the weekend to buy a fathers day present and they have this hand held massager- im going to go back and get it-it was the kind you can use to reach yourown back. good luck!

Harry, I am sorry you're feeling bad. I am just starting to feel like myself the past couple of months, and I had surgery Feb 2008. Hang in there, be patient! It will get better!

I think it was a pinched nerve, because it's getting better, the more I stretch & relax. Actually, it's gotten better since I've been able to lay back in the bed to sleep at night. I felt some numbness in the left arm, and last night I didn't feel as much as the first night. So things are settling in. I do a lot of mild stretching, only taking it as far as I can just before the pain kicks in. It seems to be working.
