The gent in the article (Bruce) lives in Maui but underwent CABG at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu and then lost his sternum to a staph infection as did I. He had a double pectoral flap procedure to cover the heart but it seems that of the 18 members of our support group Mine is a diaphragm rectus abdominis muscle pectoralis major muscle flap http://books.google.ca/books?id=zSg...s muscle pectoralis major muscle flap&f=false in 2007 I could find nothing on the web and today you will find many references by MR BBQ (thats ME LOL) and Greg a ME TOO

Together with a lady in California we have started a support group http://sternectomysupport.webs.com/apps/members/ Her dad was to have a sternectomy and shw read many of the posts I had by Mr BBQ and she callede me late one night to see if I would work with her to start up the site and Bruce joined this past June
