I woke up at 4:30 and thought about you Marguerite. Then I remembered it was only 2:30 where you are and dozed back off!
This is probably going to be a longer day for us than it is for you! I'm holding my corner of the blanket until someone lets me know it's ok to release it!

It's almost 8 am in your neck of the woods, you're probably in pre-op or the OR. Loving positive thoughts coming your way--before you know it you'll be awake and in ICU for the night.
Holding my piece of blanket very tight! Don't want to irritate that wound!

I had the pleasure of chatting briefly with Marguerite at 4am her time today as she was preparing to leave for her big date with the surgeon...
she is full of confidence and looking forward to a new improved life after AVR
I will be up all night hanging onto this blanket...darn these rotten time-differences!
I am sure she will be in LaLaLand right now while we pace the halls holding her blanket up and waiting for news form her hubby as to how extremely boring and well her date went!
