Hi All you valvers,
I have not visited in awhile and so tonight I thought I would check in.
Amazingly, it was Aug 24, 2006, that I last visited.
Just over a year later and I feel the urge to pop into the site.
My Dad died in Aug. o6, from stroke complications after carotid artery surgery, so sad for our family, and then our beloved kitty had to be put down due to kidney failure at age 9. Strange how I was so sad from all this and just couldn't come back to the VR site. Now my daughter is suffering from ulcerative colitis and so we are dealing with an incurable, chronic disease.
So, she and I have auto immune diseases. Jeez, one never knows what we will pass on to our children.
Anyway, it was good to see some familiar names!
Hope to come back soon,
Gail

Hello Gail,
We have not "met" yet, but I just wanted to pass along my condolences for the loss of your father,
and your kitty.
What a rough year you have had.....remember to take some time for yourself.
Best wishes.

I'm just running out the door (I hope) so only have a moment for a quick reply. I have wondered many times how you have been doing and I'm very glad to see your post but so sad for what you've been going through. You have my deepest sympathies and I hope things get better for your daughter. Take care.
