John,
I wanted to wish you well on your surgery Friday at Shands. I'm hoping that you will regale us with stories of your surgery and recovery when we meet in Florida for the VR reunion.
Please post when you can so we don't worry.:)
We'll see you on the other side of this.

Wishing you the easiest of surgeries and the best of recoveries. We look forward to seeing you post here again soon. Godspeed!

Shhhh-I'm not supposed to be at work today!

Thanks for all the kind words. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", so I will be fine.

I am sort of looking forward to it, or at least getting it over!
And for Mary, and others who either have dates in the near future or are hoping for dates soon, you do come to a peaceful place over what is to come.

You people and this site ought to be one of the mandatory things every heart surgeon makes his valve replacement patients visit!

John
