4 surgeries on June 1st

I hope I am looking at this right..but, calendar shows 4 Members having their surgery on June 1..This Wed.... I think this is a record for the most surgeries on the same day....It shows...Beccasip...KristaDeann...McCranky and Karlia .... If this is correct..I wish you all 4 the best of luck. I'm sure you all will be fine..PLEASE have someone to update for you..We worry..Bonnie

Krista got moved back to May 31. She'll be having her surgery the same day as Mike Marshall.
I guess it's only three for June 1, but HEY! the week-end is still young.

Can i add my name to the list of people who will be having surgeries on June 1st!! I'm heading in to have my mitral valve replaced!!! Im glad to know that im not the only one on that day!!! This is my first replacement, but not my first heart surgery.. kinda scared: kinda anxious.... just want it done!! at the age of 25 i have a lot of things i want to do!!! This summer is going to be the summer to kick butt with my new valve!!!

If there is anyone here in VR who knows their date, please go to the calendar and if your name isn't there, please add it but if you don't know how, please tell Ross - or Mary - or somebody, so it can be added for you. We want EVERYBODY'S name in the calendar, especially for surgeries, but also for special days like birthdays, etc. Something you want all of us to know about. That's what it's for. It's the one place that is a capsule of information - and we don't have to ask anybody.

To all those with surgery this week...

It will be a busy week for you and your families and each one of you, though all having valve surgery, will have a surgical experience that is still unique. Almost every surgery and post-op period has a glitch here or there so don't get thrown off balance when you face them. Take time before your surgery to address any spiritual needs you have previously postponed. Go into surgery peacefully and with a prayer in your heart. You will be in my heart and prayers as well. May God bless you all with successful surgeries and complete recoveries. I will be watching for posts about you and hope to soon be reading much good news!

I wasnt sure who was aloud to add their names to the calendar, and if i could HOW!! So thanks for adding my name as well!! Well tomorrow is my big day of testings at the hospital.. They are going to go check out a few things before they actually do my surgery on wednesday.. So my family and I will be taking of EARLY tomorrow in the a.m. I hope to be able to get back and write to you all soon.

I hope everyone does well with their surgeries as well. And to the rest who dont need surgeries this week, have a HEALTHY week!!
