4 days until surgery

I really appreciate all the support this web site has given me - I am now 4 days away from the actual surgery (7/12). My body is going thru so much stress.
I am getting a great deal of support from family and friends -
Here I am at home having my sewer cleaned out before I go into the hospital Wednesday for the cath - seem the tree roots were beginning to clog up my drain and that would mean my basement would flood and we certainly don't need that. Just one more thing to take care of before I am laid up for a while.
I have read so many of your stories and suggestions - I am red in the eyes from reading - it really has helped me a great deal - that you for all the info and that you for this great web sight.
Another wonderful group is Mended Hearts.com - they are greaT!

When I was 4 days away from my surgery, the hospital called and said "can you come NOW, we had a cancellation for tomorrow."
That was great because I was starting to get nervous.
Keep busy, eat and sleep well

Are you the Carolyn who was on chat Sunday? I will keep you in my prayers this week. You will be just fine. Just keep thinking about feeling so much better after surgery.
