4 days post op

thanks for all the well wishes. My first full day at home today went ok.....the morning was rough...we just need to get the pain meds under control...can't let too much time go by in between. I sat at the dinner table and had real food. And now I am on my laptop feeling pretty normal. I am getting better every day. Robin

my advice is to walk as much as feels comfortable. The Dr's told me I was walking too much at first, but it felt so good that first week or two, to get outside and smell the fresh air and see life again. Let me know if you have a similar reaction.

Me too, walking and being outside in the fresh air really is strengthening me day by day.
