Congratulations, Mark. Since my surgery I have started to focus on running and other aerobic exercise instead of the heavy weightlifting I did previously.
I am a goal oriented type and have been pondering training for a half marathon (don't think that the rest of my body would hold up for a full marathon.)
You are an inspiration. Thanks.
