Hi friends, well I wasn't going to post my anniversary but then I thought do it once .

I certainly think that 2 years for me feels much more significant than last years by a long ways.

Most things feel normal as always, I take my warfarin without thinking, the self testing and self management is the norm and I'm 100% confidant with it (I haven't had a dosing from my doctor for well over a year and a half now), managed 94% in range for the last year. I know the trends in my INR and when to adjust and when to hold and then not to be alarmed if its slightly outside the range because it's still fine.

( thankyou heaps for your help!! you know who you are)
I find self management very personally rewarding.

2 years has absolutely flown by, so if you are in the waiting room reading this try and remember what you were doing 2 years ago because now for me it seem like an age ago.
