Well, I attended my first session of rehab this morning and I must say that I was quite impressed, not just with the group and the set up, but with myself ☺
I highly recommend all to attend their local group if referred as it starts to familiarise you with your new body and personal capabilities.

I'm glad to hear you found your introduction to be a good experience. I, too, found the mutual support and the week by week comparison of my performance very reassuring. I really do think the best thing that we get from Cardiac Rehab is a return of confidence that we can trust our bodies once again.

Congratulations from another rehab graduate!

I, too, found the rehab experience to be very worthwhile. It not only helped me to gradually get back to fitness activities, but it did so under careful supervision so that I could "just do it" rather than worrying about how hard to go.
