One year ago at this time I was on the table in the middle of a Bentall procedure. It feels like it's been much longer. I don't even remember the pain of the early weeks - I know it was there, but I don't remember how it felt.
Everything is going pretty well. I was able to get into the woods and take a nice buck with a bow in November. Even better, I was able to run with my 6 year old son in a 1-mile K-6th race this weekend. Running has been one of the slowest activities to come back but it's getting there.
Thank you to everyone who supports and contributes to this forum. It helped me immensely. Special thanks to pellicle for the help with INR management.
