I was curious on this as well as I recieved my ON-X back in June 2024. My surgeron gave me the 1.5-2 range in my consult but when I asked my Cardiologist he said I would be in the 2-3 range for life. Doc had me test every 2-3 days while I was fresh off the surgeons table and my INR was going up and down. Now that I'm in range its weekly testing for me.
