Echo the comments above about Mechanical Valve. The clicking is present but not a big deal in any way. Also have had zero issues/side effects with warfarin. I've had my On-X 23mm aortic valve since Nov 2017. Mechanical valve is a no-brainer for someone on the younger side and/or active, IMO.
