    Pain killers

My guess at taking 2 pills each time, depending how the script was written, chances are they needed refilled sooner than whatever the daily amount should have been, meaning if the script was written for 4 pills a day and there were enough for 30 days, anything sooner would be a problem...

Half marathons - Medtronic Twin Cities marathon

I'm guessing since you would have to travel, you are talking about running in the Marathon as 1 of the 25 "Global Hero" and not just signing up to run like everyone else (thousands?). If so did you check their site and guidelines? One of the criteria is you have to have run whatever distance...

One thing that I thought I'd mention in this thread that some people found helpful, is to practice sitting up from laying down and getting in and out of comfy chairs, bed etc from sitting to standing with out using your arms PRE-Op. Some people have found the more you practice before surgery...

Never ending coughing, when will it stop?

Since both the Beta blocker and cough started before surgery, did you ask his doctors about that? I imagine coughing to the point of dry heaves, probably isnt helping with the appetite problems either. If you havent asked about the beta blockers and cough I would, it couldnt hurt to ask and if...

I was a little confused on your last post when I read " He said it is not rocket science, and I know when I have probably had too much vit K, to take a whole tab instead of the half, etc. We had a really long talk about it. I felt so much better when I left. He of course stressed consistency...

    incision?

chances are it is most likely a "dissolvible" stitch that didnt dissolve and is working its way out. Like Freddie said get it checked out, if it is a stitch they might just pull it or tell you to leave it alone and it will fall out.
