    Thanks for your post!! i am trying to get to the root and treat my anxiety/panic attacks so I can be clear about any symptoms. Up until I went to the doctor i was hiking every day and running 2/4 miles multiple times a week. So i'm pretty sure nothing just randomly progressed. Hope to talk again...
