Yes. Those are the injector blades for the injection razor that Schick was handing out at the UCLA Student Union. IIRC, 7 blades were a dollar or two at the time (50+ years ago).

I've been a DE shaver for 10 years and rarely ever cut myself. When I started, I would occasionally give myself very small nicks but really, DE shaving is not that much different than using disposables.
When I had my AVR 3 years ago, I used an electric razor initially when in the hospital and the shave really sucked. After a few days, I whipped out my DE razor and gave myself a lovely clean shave....whipping up a lather at that early stage nearly killed me
. I was on warfarin for 3 months after my AVR and had zero issues with profuse bleeding.
