I am currently 7 months out and feeling fantastic! My NT-probnp was >35000 and all was grim. I took the challenge head on and now down to 73! If I can do it so can you, it’s not easy but we are here for a reason and we keep moving forward. Some don’t believe my story so I will post my charts. If you put your mind to it you can beat it!

HAHA! and I freaked out about my hubbys 750 level. LOL The doctor said today it was most likely due to fluid/inflammation and will go down, but that it tends to go slowly. I am not to look at it as a predictor of mortality no matter what the studies say. :p

So, did you do something specific to get it down or did it go down on its own?
