Final details and headcounts for St. Louis VR reunion

We are getting close! Two weeks from today, I hope a bunch of us are on our way to the Budweiser brewery tour in St. Louie!

If you didn't catch my post in Marsha's thread, I will repeat that QAS is sponsoring the Friday night dinner. They have the final say on where it will be held, but I am confident that it will be on The Hill, it will be delicious, and you will leave wondering if you'll ever have enough room to eat again!

Right now Dave, Adrienne, Janie, and Gina have replied that they will absolutely, positively be there for dinner! I iwill be there along with my hubby, Bob, and probably our son and daughter in law. If you haven't posted a yes or no, please do.

If you think you'll make the noon riverboat cruise on Saturday, please let me know if you want to eat lunch onboard. Lunches have to be reserved in advance. We've still got some time before I need a definite number, but please be thinking about it.

Bob and I will be in St. Louis Wednesday evening. Look for a pm from me asking for a cell phone number if I don't presently have it.

Oh!! I hope it's on the Hill. For those of you who don't know St. Louis, it is the "Little Italy" of St. Louis, and there are lots of good restaurants!!

I'm betting I missed it ... and, thus, I apologize, but what time is dinner on Friday? As I mentioned in another thread, I don't know if I'll be able to get down there for that dinner ... just depends on what time I leave work and get left Elgin.... But, I have plenty cell ph#s to find ya'll ... I think .

As for Saturday, I'd love to tell ya to put me down for the cruise and lunch, but since I don't know yet what time I'll have to leave Saturday, I better say "no" ... sorry .

I don't believe anything has been suggested, but if you want to go to the Hill, I imagine we could always go back Saturday night too.

Just got off the phone with QAS, and the Friday night meal will be at Zia's on the Hill. Dinner will start at 7pm.
Eating at Zia's is like having dinner with a big, exuberant Italian family so plan to wear something casual and loose!

I can't believe it!! I've been there!!! I'm looking forward to going back! By the way, the word "zia" in Italian means "aunt".

Adrienne, My wife and I were there 2 years ago with Mary and Bob. Looking forward to it again. My wife is mad that she can't be there this time, that was one of her favorite places to eat. I told her I would eat some for her.

Included in your box lunch are Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit Cup, Fresh-Baked Cookie, Coffee, Iced Tea, Milk, Bottled Water or Soda.
