Just got the verbal report on my annual echo. All measurements have stayed the same, with the exception of the aortic regurg. It has gone from mild to trivial. Yea!!!!! She seems to feel it's because of the fact that I have been exercising regularly (3-4 times a week at Curves).

Now I really have to be good about exercising.
