Okay, so this is rather small time. The contest was a July 4th theme in the Transporation Cabinet where Cindy & Perry work. They won honorable mention in the costume category. Cindy didn't even know about the contest until yesterday, when the event was held. They put an apron on her and a bandana on Perry. They sat by a picnic themed display and voila they came home with certificates.

In this picture, the lady beside Cindy won first place. Her name is Mary. Is my brother Forrest's widow.
