Recently read an off putting magazine article on large scale egg production business. It claimed producers can manipulate the yolk colour with dyes introduced to hen feed. A colour palate is offered to major contract buyers, who choose the yellow they think best suited to maximise sales. Any VR egg farmers out there to confirm or deny?

When we let our chickens roam free so that they can eat a wide variety of greens and insects, the eggs have fabulous large and very yellow yolks. None of that pale yellow faded crap from the factory chicken eggs...I imagine that is why they want to try to duplicate a healthy looking yolk, because once you've seen and eaten a real, natural egg, you won't eat anything else.

Ross' expression is the result of dealing with us on a daily basis.

That's Bina sticking her tongue out at Cooker.

That's Karlynn being happy she didn't get the flu.

Mary looks that way because she's next to Bubba.

That's Gadgetman being himself.

That's Cooker (monkey-suitless) winking at Bina, trying to get her to stick her tongue out again.
