Just wondering if anyone knows if there's a vitamin K difference between white and green asparagus. I've tried to look on-line, but haven't found anything yet. Thanks!
Like Cooker says......don't worry too much about vit K. My experience is that any food that has a hi vit K content is OK unless I "pig out" on it. If I do "pig out", and it does happen, I'll usually lay off other hi vit K foods for a day or so....to let my system balance out.
I agree. The differences will be micro grams. I decided to directly take chlorophyll suppliment and upped my home monitoring to every 2 days. There was no noticeable effect on my INR over more than a week of monitoring so I went back to weekly checking.
Like you will find in the FAQ (or are they called stikkies here?) you will have to go birko on a food group to see a significant effect.
