I can only go so far in wishing her well because she is a...Yankees fan! (Yuck!) Just kidding -- sorta.

I AM HERE!!! I am sorry I havent posted SHAME ON ME!!! I am doing good, day 17 SMOKE FREE today. I had my moments where I wanted one but didnt do it...I can breath so nicely...LOVIN IT. I gained 6 pounds at Weight Watchers NOT HAPPY but thats ok, I am SMOKE FREE, still using the patches...I might drop to STEP 2 next week.
My dad is up to walking 30 minutes now too!!! He has his follow up with the surgeon tomorrow. Its been a month yesterday since his OHS and the new valve.
I miss you guys!!!

The weight gain happens regardless of how much you snack,but should
only be temporary,and then you will level out.
