Dang! March 2, 2005 it is! I was going through a number of newer documents, and the 2006 date stuck in my head from somewhere else.

I've changed the lead post to reflect that, so it doesn't confuse anyone who reads it from now on, but Praline deserves finder's rights, so I'm leaving this here to mark her discovery. Thanks for keeping me honest!

Is this article available to be read in its entirety. I'm very interested to read the rest of it and save it for future reference. My last echo showed the first increase in my mitral regurgitation in the 20+ plus years since I was diagnosed. So, anyway, that's why I'm asking. Thanks.
