What to take for flu with fever low fever of 100

Hey everyone, I know I am not on here posting as much as I should be. You guys are like the closest family to me in terms of understanding this heart disease. I am close to my 5 year anniversary so all is good, or was until I caught the flu yesterday from my husband. He looks pretty bad but hopefully getting better, he's on antibiotics and staying hydrated. I have a fever of 100 and I could not find what to take online for fever, so i took acetaminophen, two tablets, I feel like crap. I had the flu and pneumonia shot. About 9 months ago Ihad pneumonia, but that was before I got the shot like 6 months later. I had just got my INR stable, it has not been stable since I don't know when. Hematology specialist put me on vitamin K and everything fell into place. Now this. Is acetaminophen best for fever vs. ibuprofen?

Tylenol and lots of liquids. As I have mentioned in another post, sip 1/2 water with 1/2 Gatorade (not Power aid).
I've been told not use Advil because with warfarin it could cause a stomach bleed.
