Hi Gang,
Just thought that I would post and let you all know what kind of garbage I was fed when I went to the ER today....
First of all, I haven't been feeling good since last Thursday/Friday. It started during the night while I was sleeping, I started to get clamy and sweaty and nausiated (This was after I took 80 mg of Lasix and the fluid left me) and then I felt like someone had sat on my chest. Then later on in the day, I seemed to feel better except for feeling somewhat nausiated again. and Sunday and Yesterday I felt weak to no end...I ended up sleeping in till 12:30 pm and felt so weak I ended up laying back down 3 hours later. Well anyway, I called the doctor's office and his nurse wouldn't even bother to see about getting me into see the PCP, and told me to go to the ER, so I went today, and all the doc's could say was "You Need To Stop Eating...Your Diabetes is Out Of Control" It was like he didn't even listen to what I was saying to him....I told him everything I just posted here, and all he could do is blame it on my diabetes....Sorry to vent, but I just wanted to let you all know how frustrating the medical field can be and is most of the time.
