I've not done much in a long time on that, but make sure you use scholar.google.com and use keywords like:Good thing I don’t like grapefruit! Any papers I can read up on turmeric?

Thanks for the quick replies! Based on my quick 20 minute research it seems like the fear was because turmeric has a chemical in it that has anticoagulant effects, but the amount is so small that you’d honestly probably never have an issue just because of diet.I've not done much in a long time on that, but make sure you use scholar.google.com and use keywords like:
tumeric dose INR interference
then look how much you have to eat and ask honestly "will I really eat that much each sitting, day in, day out"?
All research is about getting funded to do it, published, then hopefully cited; decreasingly is it about actual pertinence in a clinical setting.
Last I looked that ratio was making my arse bleed just thinking about how much that was that I had to eat.
Every Indian who's ever posted and been "worried" here has come back to say "it was a nothingburger"

to me the problems would come from people taking supplements and one just doesn't know exactly what you're getting in that.you’d honestly probably never have an issue just because of diet.
