A salad can be the whole meal if its done just so so, and here's a tip how to make it happen:
Ingredients:
1 cup Nancy's low fat mayonnaise (see other thread)
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish.
Combine all ingredients in advance and store in the fridge until needed. Here's a dressing you can be liberal with and still not worry about the calories. you guys are gonna get so skinny you'll all be out running marathons.
