Having problems with the computer today!

Hi all, I don't think I'll be able to take part in the chat today because my PC is loaded with spyware. I don't understand anything about it, but my husband Robert has posted on the SUPPORT section of the forum asking Ross for help. If any of you think you might be able to help out, please, read the posts and if possible shed some light on the problem. We have windows 98, by the way.
