Well folks, here it is. Was not going to sleep until the job was complete.
Thursday October 9th:
Arrivals:
"Meet with Hank" Open chat in the Sheraton Gateway Suites (Atrium) Rosemont, IL
5:00PM Happy hour at 72 West lounge (Sheraton)
6:30PM Opening Dinner at
Gino's East Pizzeria
Rosemont, IL
Friday October 10th:
9:00AM breakfast
at the Luna Grille (Sheraton)
Followed by, hang and chat in the hotel atrium
or free time to enjoy the day exploring
on your own!
12:30PM for those staying close to the hotel...
we will arrange lunch at a local establishment.
5:30PM Happy hour at the 72 West lounge
7:00PM VR.com "Main Dinner"
Ram Resturant and Brewhouse

(Please remember to log the number of guests in your party under the reunion main dinner thread. We do need to submit a final count.
Also, let's not forget to wear our VR.Com
T-Shirt. If you have the sweatshirt version.....it may be necessary.
We are going to volunteer our good friend Billy from Ireland to take group photos. Maybe an Avatar or two if we are lucky also! It would be wonderful if one of our local members could arrange a guest speaker for the dinner. Hint hint.
Banquet pricing at Ram is set at $15.99PP. Tax and gratuity is additional and will be added to the PP pricing on our final bill. Cash bar.
We will have a choice of 5 different entrees!
For the adventurous, we can top off the night with a
visit to Shoeless Joes Sports Bar!
Saturday October 11th:
9:00AM Breakfast at the Luna Grille
Optional activities for the day......
Get your walking shoes on!
Hotel shuttle departure at approximately 11:00AM to O'Hare International Airport. Meet the train for a ride into the city! Where we will visit The John Hancock Observatory. Lunch at an nearby establishment at approximately 1:00PM. Followed by an impromptu visit to Navy Pier. Fun and exciting entertainment experience.Either return to the hotel....or for those wishing to stay at the Pier we will take count and shoot for dinner at approximately 6:00-30PM. We will be using cab service while in the city. Our cellular phone tree list will come in handy.
8:00 - 9:00PM return to the Sheraton.
If there is any unspent energy, we can venture out for a "nightcap"!

9:30AM Breakfast/Brunch at the Sheraton
Schedule is open to additional suggestions. The only two events that we are locked into.....Gino's East and the Ram Resturant and Brewhouse.
