Does anyone know (AL??) if vitamin k effects blood of healthy people or people that may have high blood pressure, or overweight and what about the elderly? For people that eat a lot of greens and things with vitamin k what keeps them from having a blood clot? I realize that everything is working different on a healthy person but what about other risk factors for stroke?

You seem to have the impression that thick blood causes high blood pressure etc. This is not true, vitamin K only has to do with blood clotting, nothing to do with viscosity (thickness).

I suppose you could eat enough vitamin K to cause clotting, but it is unlikely.
