Vasalva Maneuver post Bentall Procedure

This question is for you folks that have had the bentall procedure. Do you know if your heart is still responsive to a valsalva maneuver, ie bearing down, after your aorta was replaced with a graft?

I had a Bentall's. That's the first I've ever heard of Valsalva maneuver. Afraid that's all I can add. Maybe others will have something.

Good question Aaron...
I do know that before my OHS/Bentall's I could slow my heart-beat down by concentrating on it and slowing my breathing down...I can no longer do this.
