The KEY to any Complex Surgery is to find a Surgeon with Experience performing the Procedure YOU will need.

There may be some members who have had 3 valves replaced, but I'm sure it is a very small number.
There are several members who have had 2 valves replaced or a valve and extensive Surgery of the Aorta to repair Aortic Aneurysms.
Surgeons with this kind of experience are typically found at the Major Heart Hospitals such as Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Clinic
or the Texas Heart Institute (Houston) and others further away from your area.

IF I needed to have 3 valves replaced, I would NOT feel comfortable using a 'local hospital' that 'does heart surgery' (mostly Bypass Grafts and a few Valve Jobs). I'd be looking for the most experienced Surgeon and Staff I could find.

What Al Said. Really!

In August I had my aortic replaced and tricuspid repaired in the same surgery. 4 years ago I had my mitral replaced and a maze procedure (complex cauterization) done for a-fib. Both jobs were done by experts, in the local heart hospital (or what became the local heart specialty hospital).
Get an expert. Maybe Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Clinic, as those are closest to you.

Over all, it will depend on what your health is otherwise, how many they can replace/repair at once. I could not have had anything else done 4 years ago, even though we knew the aortic had problems then. I nearly died as it was, I was in Class IV CHF and had major arrhythmia issues (will I ever learn to spell that word?). This second go round, I was so healthy other than the valves failing that the two-fer was a relative breeze.
