Update on Brian--BDMc

Great news!
I had a call from Cecilia a few minutes saying that she had just talked to the surgeon. Everything looks good, they saved the valve, and they thought Brian would be moved to SICU momentarily. I think the surgery lasted 6 and a half hours. She said she would call again tonight just to confirm things are continuing to go well.

I had a message early morning from Cecilia that she was on her way to the hospital to see him. I sent a message to her about two hours ago asking how he was, but I haven't received anything back yet. Maybe she's still there and we'll hear more tomorrow.

Yep, Brian didn't tell us if he was enjoying that hospital breakfast but just the fact that he is sitting up is wonderful news.
