I'm surprised that you don't recognize that lithe, youthful figure (well, maybe lumpy is a better word) that's swimming in the water as me!
If we had more space for our avatars, instead of our 100 x 100 constraint, you could see me doing a whole lot more swimming! Wait, I'll show you. . .

Now I see what you are talking about. Just got to my daughter's and she has cable hook-up. On my "snail mail" landline hookup at home I only see a "face down body" in the water, no movement whatsoever. Makes a lot more sense now.

Nah, I'll just toss a life preserver into the pool.

I'm not certified for water rescue and I have dense bones so I sink in water, even with the excess fat around my mid-section... You wouldn't want me trying to save you.

Well, I've got Optimum Online, and she's swimmin' up a storm on cable! A complete loop of diving and swimming is running about 10 seconds on her avatar.

I've never really tried posting with an animated GIF. Maybe I'll have to figure out how to do that.

Sorry, I had to stop when the wife walked in . Also wasn't able to do "chest compressions" .

I would just wait for "someone else" to drag her to dry land. Me go in that water????? Looks too cold to me. Can't go in anyway due to my AICD .

Just remember us "country folk" that still live with the land line hookup. We usually don't "see" what those "high line" DSL and Cable folks see.
