I have a very hard time sleeping more than one hour during the night. So if I take tylenol pm to help will it interact with my coumandine.

Tom:

My husband & I are both on warfarin and occasionally take Extra Strength Tylenol PM to help us sleep and it's never affected our INRs.

I've found that 1/2 tablet is enough for me.

Haven't had to use any in about a week, and I'm sleeping like a baby. John gets up @ 4:30 to watch TV, feed the cats (& I suspect play with them) and leaves home @ 5:45 to eat breakfast on the way to work. Sometimes I hear him get up, but most of the time I sleep through it. UNLESS he and the cats carry on a conversation too loudly.

I just switched from checking my INR up in the clinic to down at the Warfarin Clinic, and they gave me a sheet with Tylenol listed as a drug to avoid. I questioned the nurse on it because I have been taking it and had been told (by doctors) that it was not an issue. So, that REALLY threw me for a loop.
