Tooth extraction

Caleb is having two teeth extracted in March. The dentist originally said to stop taking coumadin for three day before the appointment, but I said that wasn't an option. Now is saying she will do it with him on coumadin. Is this normal I'm a little nervous about the drastic change in opinion. Has anyone else had teeth removed while on coumadin?

My dentist also suggested I stop. As you did, I told him not an option. He pulled the tooth and no problems. It oozed about 3 days, but nothing major no problems.
Need two more pulled soon and I won't stop taking my warfarin.
