My boyfreind will post as soon as he knows whats going on with my surgery... Thanks for everyones prayers and thoughts.... Good LUck to me.... Jaque

Jaque,

I know you're scared...I am too (mine is March 17th). Just think, this time tomorrow it will all be over and you will be on the road to recovery. You are going to be fine, just show up and as soon as you get the happy juice you won't have a care in the world!

I'll be looking forward to reading your posts in a week or so.

Good Luck!

Good Luck again
Im the same as you worried but it is something that I guess we have to do. I know you and me will be allright.

Jacque.

Really you will be fine. You are in a lot of peoples' thoughts and prayers.

It is funny, I was more scared of the aftermath - I thought "passing on" on the operating table would be "easy." That didn't scare me in the least - it made me sad for others, but not scared. I was more scared of what was to come after the surgery and I definitely have not let myself down on that one!! :(

I am starting to settle down now and be more confident, as I feel better every week.

Just put one foot in front of the other. You will be hearing your boyfriend's voice after surgery before you know it - telling you that you had a successful surgery and are going to be A-okay.

God bless.

Hi Jaque-

Wishing you all the best for surgery tomorrow. You'll be fine. We'll all be waiting to hear. Talk to you later.

Hey Jaque,

When I wake up tomorrow, the first thing I will do is think of you, and send good thoughts your way. Hang in there, you'll be sailing towards recovery before you know it.

Michele

You'll make it, though your not going to remember anything of tomorrow once they put you out. You have all of us looking out for you and praying for great results, so do what needs to be done and we'll see you soon. ;)

You are going to do great, Jaque.

It may be tough to sleep tonight, but soon you will
be through it and on to a quick recovery.

Stay positive and stay strong.

We'll all be thinking of you tomorrow and over the next
few days. I know you are going to do just fine.

Jaque,

We would all be concerned about you if you were not scared. They do not call this a life changing event for nothing.

Since I have not been where you are now, I am not able to offer advice. I consider all of you having your surgeries as brave and courageous individuals who are not willing to let life pass you by!
You are brave, because you are doing what is hard not by doing what is easy. You will be in my prayers for peace and strength for the days ahead.

Good luck Jaque!!
I guess you'll be on the way to the hospital by now but wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you - and looking forward to that first post-op post from your boyfriend:)
Gemma.

Jacque,

I know you're in surgery right now, but good luck and Godspeed!

She'll be comin' round the mountain when she comes!

Best wishes for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

Hey Jaque,

I just wanted to wish you well for your surgery tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be over and done with before you know it :)

Hang in there.

Sending positive thoughts your way....

Jaque,

I too am late...But just letting you know you are in a lot of prayers here today....Hold on to that girl...See you on the other side.. :D

Christina: I thought the same thing:

It is funny, I was more scared of the aftermath - I thought "passing on" on the operating table would be "easy." That didn't scare me in the least - it made me sad for others, but not scared. I was more scared of what was to come after the surgery and I definitely have not let myself down on that one!!

And when they moved me into my private room after ICU, I turned around to try to get the license plate of that Mack truck! :D :D :D :D

This is kind of like getting on a plane. Once the door is secured....well your in there hands. When you touch down and get off ...you find yourself asking why was I so frightened. Just the same have a good flight.
