Well, I go see my second new pcp in two months. I hope this one is better than the last. She was a real nut job. Last week my inr was low again and I was out of supplies for my machine my last readin on my machine was 1.5 and two days later at her office it was 3.5 and a week later it was back down to 1.5 again on her machine. I still haven't got my supplies yet. I have been taking 5 mg every day. She told me to take 7.5 on thur. and to take lovenox shot every 12 hr. and to come back in a week to be rechecked. She doen't like the fact that I have my own machine. So that was another reason to look for another Dr. I jus t wished AL would move to Louisville. It would been quite a trip to go to him. But the Dr's here have no clue what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me vent.

I hope all goes well with the new doctor.

Best wishes and keep us posted...

Great news

Thanks all for your support. My app. went well. She to be a nice DR. Of course I had a lot more questions for this dr. than the last . I've learned from my mistakes. She said, I was her first patience with my own protime
machine. But she was o.k. with it. I hope third time is charm this is very stress full. My b/p was a little high 180/105 . I think most of it was stress. My INR was down a little 2.2 but she to seems to know what she is doing. I go back to her in a month. I guess only time will tell. I go to the orthpedic surgeon on fri. to see what new things they have for rupsture disks. Because the pain is getting unbearable. I really don't want anymore surgery but the pain is getting really bad. And I don't like the way the drugs make me feel.

Wishing you the best with your new doctor. So sorry you pain is getting worse. Back pain is no picnic and difficult to live with.
