after last week's "mini-panic" were 2.3, so I am quite happy that it is at least going in the right direction ! I am going to maintain my dose and I am re-resting in a week.

I am so glad to be in Canada, where I don't have to pay for the tests.

Once again, all of you, thanks for giving me the confidence to stick to my guns with the clinic last week.

tested again today, 2.3 again; I think I am going to up my dose a teeny weeny little bit and go back again in 10 days.

Good news and I agree that you should up the dose by about 5%.

Hope things get stable for you.

5% should put you there, but 10% should give you a safety margin.

I find that I can do small adjustments with 5%....I am on a very low dose and react to meds easily.
You may need 7% more to bump you a bit over the 2.5 and give yourself a bit of swing space.
(I'm currently at 2.9)
