Hey, yall.
I am used to my feet and legs tingling when I sit too long, and occasionally my arm will when I am laying down. But Yesterday morning my left arm started tingling. It wasn't numb and not quite to the sleep stage. Then my left leg started too. I wasn't feeling all the great so I tried to take a nap yesterday afternoon. Big mistake. Then my right leg and arm were tingly. My left arm (from the elbow down) has had minor pain on and off usually I notice that when everything else is also tingling. When it cooled down enough (about 9 o clock last night) I took a walk to see if it would help. It did a little but my left side was still tingling. Now today I am still having the problem although, mostly just the hands and feet, and still the left arm. I completely lost circulation just setting my arm down on the lap top (Just a few minutes ago). Now my left arm is hurting again. I had no clue I lost circulation until I got up. Its too hot out to go walking just yet. Any ideas?? I have a class tonight, so I really need to feel better by then.
