Throwing out the flu vaccine.

I heard on the radio this morning (Dr. Dean Udell) that the gov't will be throwing out 4.5 million unused flu vaccines. So much for a shortage. He blamed the media for hyping the shortage so much that it caused the use of the vaccine to be so restricted that anyone who had been restricted had already given up on the idea when additional vaccines were procured (which took relatively little time to do.)

I heard that also. I agree that the media had a lot to do with that and it is a same.
