Ya know girls i was wondering if they could pop in a lil silicone enhancement when they do my AVR

I kind of hinted that, if the surgeon was really kind and considerate, he'd slip in a little silicone in strategic places. Apparently, I should have just been blatant and not done any hinting. At the very least, after having 2 children, I thought it would be the nice thing to do to help me defy gravity. Those idiots, for some dumb reason they were only concerned with getting my heart fixed!

Not only did I wake up with a newly fixed heart...I woke up to new ****s... sp?..****, can I say that without getting banned. My surgeon took one look at my face.. And said, that gal needs a lift. Never had to wear a bra again..burned them. He pulled them together..Lifted them.....I think I only have 2 bras. ..Bonnie
